City Point is a two-tower, 311,000 square foot residential mixed-use development located in Surrey City Centre, one of BC’s newest and fastest growing residential, cultural and social communities. The LEED Silver certified 21 and 25 storey concrete towers are constructed over retail/commercial space at grade and a four level underground parkade.
The development is the largest LEED certified building in size and as a residential development in the City of Surrey, and recognized as British Columbia’s second most sustainable residential project. Green features include a green roof over commercial units, 7% energy cost savings, 45% water use reduction, 82% construction waste diversion, and two shared vehicles for residents’ use – the first in partnership with a development – through the Modo Car Co-op.
