The West Village Redevelopment, located in the western part of Calgary’s Downtown core, provides pedestrian access to downtown while offering unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and Bow River. The development will consist of three towers totaling 584 units and 90,000 SF of retail and office space in two-storeys, and includes plans for an urban market. The façade will be comprised of glass and steel with the buildings ranging in height from 29-storeys to 41-storeys with several public plazas.
