The La Times Onni Square development includes a new mixed-use development and the rehabilitation of the Times, Plant + Mirror Buildings in the historic downtown core of Los Angeles, CA. The development consists of two towers consisting of approximately 1.5M SF. The development offers 9 levels of below grade parking, plus a 5-story above grade parking podium. This project will bring over 1,100 new residential units to the downtown Los Angeles area.
