Fifteen Fifteen by Bosa, designed by the world-renowned architect Ole Scheeren and executed locally by Francl Architecture, is a 42-storey mixed-use luxury tower located in the Coal Harbour neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC, which emphasizes 3-dimensional living. Its distinguishing feature is the glass-enclosed cantilevers with expansive views towards the water and mountains. To achieve this, our team devised the idea of using cantilevered steel trusses that anchor back to the concrete base building.

The development integrates both passive and active energy-saving features, a conscious effort to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency. We coordinated very closely with the architect, contractor, and fabricator to ensure the steel connections were sleek and the individual pieces could be craned, properly sequenced, and assembled on site.
