The Dockside Green – Phase A1 mixed-use development project in Victoria, BC consists of three separate towers, increasing in height from north to south from 13, 14 to 16 storeys successively. All three towers will share 3 levels of underground parking and will create a total of 369 residential units, including 145 market rental units collectively. The development will be built to LEED-ND Platinum standards.
