6901 Santa Monica’s industrial style concept takes cues from the surrounding neighborhood’s legacy of industrial and entertainment industry uses. The 7-storey, 231-unit mixed-use building includes 15, 000 SF of commercial space, and an exterior comprised of board-form concrete, smooth plaster and metal cladding all play into the appearance of a light manufacturing facility.
