The redevelopment of 155 Water Street saw the addition of new office and retail space above a heritage building in Vancouver’s historic Gastown neighbourhood. The new 7-storey, glass and concrete building is targeting LEED Gold Certification and includes 74,500 SF of open concept office space above 3 ground level retail units. A 3,800 SF rooftop lounge is included, offering stunning views of downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver Harbour and the North Shore Mountains.
