TV Towers is situated on the edge of Vancouver’s Yaletown district at the corner of Robson and Hamilton Streets, adjacent to the CBC Radio Canada Broadcast Centre site.
Tower 1 is a 26 storey structure, with 225 suites, while Tower 2 rises 36 stories with 300 suites. Building features include open balconies and expansive windows. The 97,000 square foot resident amenities space includes The Network health club, a full service facility offering a fitness room, sauna, steam room and yoga/pilates studio; a games room equipped with pool table, air hockey and foosball; a theatre; and a Sports Lounge. Concierge service and a state-of-the-art video controlled entry system ensures added security both in the building and in the underground parking area.
The Towers are strategically connected with the CBC Radio Canada Broadcast Centre by a 372 square metre multi-use public plaza, featuring a community performance space, outdoor stage, courtyard and water garden.
The project was completed in June 2009.
