StoneCliff

West Vancouver B.C. ● Residential

Set amidst the nature trails, meandering creeks and wide open spaces of West Vancouver’s Hollyburn Mountain, StoneCliff consists of three 15 storey towers featuring 108 luxurious, single-level view homes with an additional three penthouse residences that blend into the forested mountain.

The design team decided to build a concrete structure and envelope not only for the durability and economy it offered, but also because it allowed the development of aesthetically pleasing features that would blend into the natural surroundings of the site.

Constructed of solid, cast-in-place concrete with a thick concrete and glass exterior wall system, StoneCliff’s exterior exposed concrete structure was formed with a special lining system, creating a wood grain relief to the concrete surface while concrete stained and coloured in forest hues add to the rustic casual elegance.
