The Seaport Village Redevelopment project spans over 40 acres of land and will include hotels, restaurants, an aquarium, a BlueTech research facility, event center, children’s play area, and more. Over 70% of the proposed development is set for public use with parks, plazas, promenades, boat slips, piers, and an 87,000 SF urban beach near the new convention center at the south end of the project.
