Constructed from a mix of concrete tilt-up, steel frame, and cast in-place concrete elements, the 40,000 SF car dealership features a large modern showroom, a private fitting lounge for customers to experience Porsche product customization, and a customer cafe.
The Centre also offers 20 technologically advanced service bays, specialized vehicle lifts, drive through service / valet areas, and ample parking—including 97 roof top parking spaces for an optimal customer experience.
Designed to be a energy efficient, the building’s exterior features a large curved aluminium façade with extensive use of glass and high performance metal finishes.
