Occupying an entire city block in San Diego’s Downtown East Village, Park & Market is an approximately 471,000 SF mixed-use facility that brings a permanent education facility for the University of California San Diego and affordable housing to downtown. The project’s 4-storey office component will house the university’s Innovative Cultural and Education Hub, while the 34-story residential tower features a plaza and amphitheater for community gatherings, 85 low-income affordable apartments, and retail space.
