Onni Group’s luxury condominium towers are bringing 730 residential units to Downtown’s South Park District in Los Angeles, CA. A 40-storey, 529-foot tall modern glass building is rising at the corner of Hope and 12th Street while a 31-storey, 421-foot tall building will stand on Flower street, overlooking Metro’s Pico Station. The mixed-use complex will encompass approximately 1,121,500 SF, including 8,000 SF of ground-level retail space and a parking garage.
