Broadway Block promises to be a new landmark along Broadway as part of the reincarnation of downtown San Diego’s residential core. At 720,000 SF, this mixed-use, high-rise development will house 617 residential units and 19,000 SF of ground-floor retail and commercial space. A 25,000 SF “sky terrace” at the eighth floor will have extensive amenities, including a pool and an ultra high-end fitness center.
