Completed in 2019, Apex II, which is in the South Park district of Los Angeles, is a 28-storey contemporary mixed-use high-rise consisting of approximately 455,200 SF, plus 11,000 SF of ground level commercial space. The 330-foot high-rise will feature outdoor decks above its podium and rooftop and a green wall to mask the above-grade parking levels along Hope Street.
