On Sunday, July 28, 2024, join us for the 17th annual Cypress Challenge, an inspiring event dedicated to supporting pancreatic cancer research through the BC Cancer Foundation. The #RideFor800, honours the nearly 800 individuals diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in British Columbia each year.

In 2023, over 600 cyclists conquered the ascent up Cypress Mountain, raising an impressive $418,000. Since 2008, the Cypress Challenge has raised nearly $4.5M for Pancreatic Cancer research. This dedication to funding research is inspired by our Managing Principal, Geoffrey Glotman, who initiated the Cypress Challenge in honour of his mother-in-law, seeking to give back to the community and drive forward the quest for a cure.

Pancreatic cancer is notoriously difficult to detect in its early stages, making research funding critical. By participating in this event, you contribute to vital research efforts aimed at improving detection methods and outcomes for those affected by this challenging disease.
