The Urban Development Institute Awards for Excellence recognize the outstanding contributions made by leaders in the urban development industry to the built environment in British Columbia. The Awards are the premier, and highest profile of peer to peer recognition of completed development projects in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Okanagan, Vancouver and the rest of British Columbia.

Glotman•Simpson is proud to announce that three of our projects have been named as award recipients in the 2018 UDI Awards. Strathcona Village by Wall Financial Corporation was named as the Best In Show and also received the most Innovative Building Design Award, Great Northern Way by PCI Developments Corporation earned the Commercial/Retail/ Office Award, and Seylynn Village by Denna Homes took home the Multi-Phase/ Master-Planned Community Award.
