Nick Maerkl is a Principal at Glotman•Simpson with over 12 years of structural design experience, specializing in reinforced concrete, seismic design, structural steel, wood frame and mass timber construction. Since joining Glotman•Simpson in 2013, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, from high-rise residential and commercial developments to complex institutional and mixed-use structures. Nick is passionate about integrating structural solutions with architectural intent, ensuring that each design is both functional and aesthetically cohesive.
