The West Village Redevelopment will be located in the western part of Calgary’s Downtown core, providing pedestrian access to downtown while offering unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and Bow River.
The development will consist of three towers totalling 584 units and 90,000 SF of retail and office space in two storeys, and includes plans for an urban market. The façade will be comprised of glass and steel with the buildings ranging in height from 29 storeys to 41 storeys with several public plazas.
West Village endeavours to be an attractive vibrant riverfront community in Calgary’s inner city; a mixed-use, pedestrian, and transitorientated, sustainable, urban neighbourhood.
