This state-of-the-art, 65,000 square foot craft brewery for the award winning Central City Brewing Company will increase brewing capacity to approximately 25,000 hectolitres per year immediately upon completion, with projected expansion to 100,000 hectolitres by its fifth year.
The building includes a 6,000 square foot mezzanine level, retail space, and pub and incorporates a number of energy and waste conserving technologies (including CO2 recovery and extensive wastewater treatment) to help reduce environmental impacts of the brewing process.
